Marine with Cancer raffling his ’66 Mustang

If my ticket is drawn, the Marine keeps the car!  Semper Fi!
John Fourniquet 42 years old, husband, father, and Marine. Recently diagnosed with stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma. Although his prognosis is poor, John and his family are fighters!  It is their desire to BEAT this disease. John was originally diagnosed with skin cancer in 2006 while on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.  It was believed that the cancer was treated, until October 8, 2010, when John’s family received the devastating news that the cancer had returned.

The Melanoma is present in his brain, lung and spine.  John under went a costly craniotomy to remove the largest (3.2 cm) tumor from his brain.  He is scheduled to receive radiation and chemotherapy in hopes of shrinking the remaining 7 tumors.

The melanoma is a pre-existing condition that is not covered by insurance.  The Fourniquets will offer their 66 fastback Mustang through ticket sales, in order to raise funds for his treatment and living expenses.
